Bairnyard Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bairnyard, every product is designed with care to help children grow in independence and confidence. As a small business producing thoughtfully designed items, we maintain a simple policy to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.

 

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Bairnyard.com are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, sizes, and shipping information, before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, Bairnyard may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• Another reasonable resolution

Requests submitted after the 5-day window may not be eligible for replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped. Once processing begins, orders cannot be changed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier. Bairnyard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
